Trestle Arts Base - a major capital lottery project to convert a derelict 100 year old chapel in St Albans into a theatre base, training and resource centre. Having single-handedly raised the required two million pounds, I successfully project-managed the entire development and build, created the business plan and established a community programme.

I undertook a feasibility study of a major capital building project for Kneehigh Theatre Company in Cornwall and recently completed a three million pound plus study for Graeae Theatre Company and LondonMet University on Holloway Road towards a fully accessible production base and home for Graeae.
